Privacy notice

This notice explains how Belfort Digital Partners LLC handles information when you visit this website or contact the firm. It is written for this site and reflects the limited functions currently offered here.

Information you provide

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive the information in your message, including your email address, name if supplied, organization, and any details you choose to include. We use that information to respond, assess a potential professional engagement, and maintain business correspondence. Please do not send credentials, sensitive personal information, regulated records, or confidential customer data through an introductory email.

The homepage includes a browser-based forecasting model. Values entered into its fields are processed locally by the page script to calculate an illustrative result. The model does not transmit those values to Belfort Digital Partners through the calculator. You should use representative figures if you do not want actual business metrics present in your browser session.

Technical information and use

Like most websites, the hosting environment may process technical request information such as the requested path, time, response status, and network information needed to deliver and protect the site. The exact records retained depend on the hosting configuration. We use such information for site operation, security, troubleshooting, and aggregated understanding of service reliability. This site does not currently display third-party advertising or embed a social media feed.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, a third-party service. A request to retrieve those fonts may disclose technical request information to Google under its applicable terms and privacy practices. You can configure your browser to block remote font requests, though the appearance may change. We do not control the policies or retention practices of external services.

Retention, disclosure, and your choices

Business correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, administer a professional relationship, meet legal obligations, and protect the firm’s rights. We may disclose information to service providers who support email, hosting, or business operations, subject to appropriate limits, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted inquiry information to create advertising profiles.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information. You may contact [email protected] with a privacy request and enough detail for us to understand it. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law.

Continuity and accountability

This website is intended for business audiences and is not designed to solicit information from children. We may update this notice when site functions, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page. This notice is informational and does not create a contractual promise beyond obligations imposed by applicable law. For questions about this notice or how a particular inquiry was handled, contact Belfort Digital Partners LLC at 2103 Coral Way, Brickell West, Miami, FL 33145, or email [email protected].
